NOW HIRING: RESPITE CAREGIVERS | ORANGE COUNTY
Executive Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Respite Caregivers to support individuals and families served by the Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC).
This is a great opportunity for caregivers, students, DSPs, CNAs, HCAs, and anyone who enjoys helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safely and comfortably at home.
What You'll Do:
• Provide 1:1 supervision, companionship, and respite care
• Engage consumers in activities based on their interests and abilities
• Assist with daily routines and personal care as needed
• Support safety and independence in the home and community
• Give parents and family caregivers a well-deserved break
• Follow each consumer's individualized care plan
We're Looking For:
• Caring, patient, dependable, and responsible individuals
• Experience with developmental disabilities
• Experience with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, or other support needs is a plus
• Ability to communicate professionally with consumers and families
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background screening
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
